a 12 week goal!
Ok, Well I'm about 15 weeks into my inital work, I started around 4/1.
So far I've lost about 15lbs, but I'm not satisifed.
I've started a flickr account for pictures.
I will be taking a picture, weighing and doing bf% once every two weeks.
So here is the deal. I'm going to work for 12 weeks. Here we go:
Stats:
  • 170lbs
  • 13-15% bf
  • ~ 25lbs fat
  • 18 pushups non-stop
Goals:
  • Lost 10lbs of fat
  • Be able to do 40 pushups non-stop
  • Be able to do 3 good pullups.
Plan of attack:
  • Lift 3x a week
  • HIIT cardio 3x a week
  • A week is Saturday-Friday
