Ok, well its thursday...
I've decided how I'm going to break down the 12-week challenge. I'm going to have only one or two Major goals for the whole time. However I will have weekly goals (i.e. Run a whole mile non-stop, then in a few weeks, run a mile non-stop in under 9:30, etc). This lets me:
  1. Alter goals as I change (i.e. how can I know NOW where I'll be in 6 weeks)
  2. Lets me meet goals and get more "positive feedback"
I will weigh myself every week - along with two or three methods of bf%. I will also be taking two pictures every week - front and side, with 'notes' (flickr) with all info - waist size, hips, bicep, weight...

I think I'm going to start next monday... maybe sunday.. We'll see.

I also need a good image editor, I uninstalled PSP on my windows (in vmware) to free up some space.

I think that there is this program called "gimp" that you might be able to use.

see... I want something lightweight, and windows since I get the images FROM my camera into windows...
