I think my new diet plan is working out. Its VERY simple, I just eat what I have *PLANED*...
I think that is what was lacking all this time -- a clear plan of attack. Now that I have one.

I don't know what I'm doing for a workout today. I need to clean out my car, get a nasty old rug in there, along with other garbage, drive it down to iselin, dump it without arousing too much suspicion...
THEN I have to help Amy with random other stuff since her mother is moving tomorrow. I'm hoping to skate at some point, but I don't won't count on it.
